Shipping policy

We offer Royal Mail Tracked 2nd Class delivery for £6 on orders within the United Kingdom, excluding Northern Ireland.

FREE UK Delivery is available on orders over £75.

Your handcrafted jewellery will be carefully packaged and dispatched within 1–2 business days of your order.

Processing Time

All items shown in our store are ready to ship. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of purchase, Monday–Friday excluding bank holidays.

UK Delivery

Orders under £75 are charged a flat £6 delivery fee.

Orders over £75 qualify for FREE tracked delivery.

All orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 2nd Class.

Please note that our delivery service currently excludes Northern Ireland.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to eligible addresses within the United Kingdom only. We are unable to ship to international destinations at this time.

Tracking

All orders are shipped with tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to follow your jewellery's journey to you.

Packaging

Your jewellery will arrive beautifully packaged and ready to wear or gift. We use eco-friendly packaging materials wherever possible, in line with our commitment to sustainability.

Order Changes

If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us at hello@nikitagbjewellery.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot amend the delivery address or shipping details.

Shipping Issues

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@nikitagbjewellery.com and we'll help investigate the delivery.

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us and we'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Handmade Quality

While all our pieces are ready to ship, each item is handcrafted using traditional techniques including lost-wax casting and sand casting. Minor variations are a natural part of the artisan process and contribute to the unique character of each piece.
