We offer FREE Tracked Delivery on all orders within the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland). Your handcrafted jewellery will be carefully packaged and dispatched within 1-2 business days of your order.
Processing Time All items shown in our store are ready to ship. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of purchase (Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays).
Shipping Coverage We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We are unable to ship to international destinations at this time.
Tracking All orders are shipped with tracking. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched so you can follow your jewellery's journey to you.
Packaging Your jewellery will arrive beautifully packaged and ready to wear or gift. We use eco-friendly packaging materials wherever possible, in line with our commitment to sustainability.

Handmade Quality While all our pieces are ready to ship, please note that each item is handcrafted using traditional techniques such as lost-wax casting and sand casting. Minor variations are part of the artisan process and add to the unique character of each piece.
