We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

Eligible Items

  • Ready-to-ship jewellery pieces in unworn, original condition
  • Items must be returned with original packaging and tags

Non-Returnable Items

  • One-of-a-kind pieces (clearly marked as such on product pages)
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items showing signs of wear or damage
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

Understanding Handmade Jewellery All our jewellery is handcrafted using traditional techniques such as lost-wax casting and sand casting. As with all handmade pieces, minor variations and small inclusions are a natural part of the artisan process and are not considered defects. These unique characteristics add to the individual beauty and authenticity of each piece and are not grounds for return.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at hello@nikitagbjewellery.com within 14 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We'll send you return instructions and address
  4. You are responsible for return shipping costs
    • ship items back securely with tracking at your own expense
  5. Refunds processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return

Refund Method Refunds will be issued to your original payment method for the product cost only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Return shipping costs will not be refunded.

Exchanges We're happy to exchange items for a different size or style, subject to availability. Contact us to arrange an exchange. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items If your jewellery arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Please note that minor inclusions and variations inherent to handmade pieces are not considered defects.

Care and Quality All our pieces are handcrafted with recycled silver. Please refer to our Care Instructions page to ensure the longevity of your jewellery.
